At KIM ZEN ART, every piece is carefully selected, inspected, and lovingly packaged before being shipped to our customers. We take great care in preparing your healing crystals, crystal jewelry, jade gua sha tools, massage wands, and other natural stone products to ensure they arrive safely.

Each item is securely wrapped with protective materials, including soft padding and bubble wrap, to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, unexpected damage may occasionally occur during shipping.

Natural Stone Characteristics

Please understand that all crystals and gemstones are natural materials created by the earth. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the product photos in terms of color, texture, shape, patterns, and inclusions.

Natural characteristics such as:

• Small cracks or fissures

• Tiny pits or surface marks

• Internal inclusions

• Natural lines, patterns, or color variations

are part of the beauty and authenticity of natural stones and should not be considered defects.

Our crystal carvings, jewelry, and wellness tools are handcrafted and designed to highlight the natural beauty and energy of the stone. Because each piece is individually shaped and polished by hand, minor variations and imperfections may occur. These unique characteristics make every item truly one of a kind.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to natural stone characteristics, slight variations from photos, or changes of personal preference.

Damaged Items & Exchange Requests

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5–10 business days of receiving your package.

Refunds

Refunds are issued at the discretion of KIM ZEN ART.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Once the returned item (if required) has been received and inspected, refunds will typically be processed within 1–7 business days.

You will receive a notification once your refund has been completed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are not automatically covered and may be reimbursed only on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packaged. KIM ZEN ART is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or broken during the return shipping process.

For returns, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

If an item is returned damaged due to insufficient packaging or improper handling, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
