Shipping Info

1. Processing and Delivery We ship orders worldwide with care. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days (some orders may take up to 7 business days during busy periods). Delivery generally takes 5 to 20 days, depending on your location and customs processing.

2. Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders over 50 dollars. For orders under 50 dollars, a shipping fee will apply.

3. Duties and Taxes Included All customs duties and taxes are fully included in our shipping cost. You do not need to pay any additional fees or tariffs upon delivery.

4. Shipping Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.

5. Safe Packaging for Crystals Natural crystals and handmade items are fragile. We pack them with extra care and protection to help protect them during transit.
